We highly encourage you to tour before applying to make sure Sleepy Hollow will be a great fit for your family. The application fee is non-refundable. The Virginia School Entrance Health Form must be completed by the given deadline. We believe children should be able to pursue early childhood education without the fear of catastrophic diseases in their classroom. Sleepy Hollow Preschool (SHPS) is committed to ensuring that each child enrolled in our school has a healthy, safe environment for their early education years. This belief is essential to our philosophies of education and community. SHPS is a place where families who hold these beliefs can come together to provide an environment that does not pose undo health risks to our students. Therefore, maintaining up-to-date immunizations is consistent with our philosophies, beliefs, and rights of assembly and association. Although enrolling families must submit the Virginia School Entrance Health Form used for public school enrollment (which lists possible exemptions from immunizations), as a private institution, SHPS does NOT accept exemptions from immunizations.
